• Location (When In Use / Always) — required to record trips and detect driving activity, including when the app is in the background.
• Motion & Fitness — used to detect driving behavior and improve trip analysis.

You can manage permissions in your device settings at any time.

4. Background Location Usage

Telemetry collects location data in the background to automatically detect and record trips, even when the app is not actively in use. Background location is required for reliable trip detection and tracking.

5. Data Retention

We may retain your data only as long as necessary to provide the service. Certain data may be retained in a de-identified or internal form for operational, analytical, or legal purposes.

6. Account Deletion

You can request account deletion directly within the app.

After deletion:

• Your account is deactivated and no longer accessible
• Your personal data is removed or anonymized
