1. Use of the App

The App is designed to track trips and provide driving analytics. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes.

2. Driving Responsibility

You are solely responsible for your behavior while driving.

Do not interact with the app while driving.

3. No Safety Guarantees

The App does not guarantee driving safety or accuracy of data. All insights are informational only.

4. Account

You are responsible for maintaining your account and any activity under it.

5. Data Accuracy

We do not guarantee that trip detection or scoring is always accurate.

6. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

• inaccuracies in trip data or driving metrics
• interruptions or errors in service
• any decisions made based on app data

Use of the app is at your own risk.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the app, including:

• attempting to reverse engineer the service
• using the app in violation of applicable laws

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated.

9. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use means acceptance.
